Refund policy
NeighborLoop is a monthly digital subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal date. Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests
Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be refunded. Other refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be assessed under applicable law.
Referral benefits
A refund, dispute or reversed payment may cancel pending referral benefits connected to that payment. Referral benefits are not cash and are not separately refundable.
