This policy explains how NeighborLoop handles merchant, customer, referral, checkout and service-request data.

Information we collect
We collect merchant account details, business setup details, Stripe checkout identifiers, subscription status, completed-customer details entered by a merchant, private referral codes and service requests submitted by referred prospective customers.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the NeighborLoop service, connect private referrals to the correct business and referrer, show leads in the dashboard, manually confirm paid jobs, attribute estimated and confirmed revenue, prevent abuse, communicate about billing and comply with legal obligations.
Manual operations
Paid-job status and revenue values are confirmed manually. NeighborLoop does not automatically inspect a merchant's bank account, external order system or customer payments.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Supabase provides database infrastructure. Vercel hosts the application.
